Structured Literacy, directly informed by what is widely referred to as the Science of Reading, is research-based and requires instruction that is explicit, systematic, cumulative, and diagnostic. Structured literacy is designed to teach all children to read. These are the practices followed and built upon by the Atlanta Speech School and its Rollins Center for Language & Literacy, whose work is amplified through its FREE Cox Campus.
